Transforming a standard residential complex into a modern, amenity-rich community. We reimagined the outdoor experience by designing seamless communal spaces, including a high-end fire-pit lounge and a custom dog park. The project involved a complete overhaul of all residential decks using premium composite materials for a maintenance-free future, paired with new pedestrian paths that unify the entire campus. This is where strategic site planning meets modern residential comfort.
