Remove wall between family room and living room, remove existing fireplace and book case, design and build new entertainment, fireplace and book case, install wiring and components with articulating wall suspension for a flat screen TV and repair and retexture ceiling.  Design and build new kitchen island, new granite counter top and install Dacor appliances.
