We all have preferences for just about everything, especially when it comes to our homes. But, most of us have never thought about it enough to be able to be specific about what we want and what we want it to look like.
My job is to discover your preferences, then articulate and illustrate those for you. Its amazing how important that is to the process of design and decorating.
Some designers will just design what they like without regard for the person that lives there. I love to walk you through the process of discovering your preferences and then help you visualize that style for your living spaces.
It can be fun and certainly educational. Its almost like a therapy session. It really makes the shopping part of the process much easier – and it keeps us from those ugly “redos” again.
I live and work in the great Northwest. In Portland and Vancouver you will see a lot of the Northwest style, but, there is an abundance of Contemporary, Asian, European, and of course Eclectic is everywhere.
